The Women and Child Development Department has officially directed the commencement of the application process, with specific instructions issued to District Collectors and Municipal Corporation Commissioners to ensure smooth implementation.
What is Subhadra Yojana?
Application forms for the Subhadra Yojana 2024 will be made available at Anganwadi Centres, Block Offices, Municipal Offices, Mo Seva Kendras, Jan Seva Kendras, and other locations designated by the respective District or Municipal Administrations. To facilitate easy access, the government has mandated that the forms be printed in large quantities and distributed to applicants free of cost.
In addition to these directives, Development Commissioner Anu Garg has instructed the Director General of Police (DGP) to implement necessary security measures at all form distribution points. This is to prevent any interference from brokers or miscreants, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
The Subhadra Yojana will be rolled out across all 30 districts of Odisha, with the goal of covering all eligible women under its benefits.
