Yeida Plot Scheme Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a citizen of India.
- He have to be over 18 years vintage.
- No previous benefits received from Yeida Schemes aur plots.
- For affordable category plots annual income less than Rs 3 lakh.
- Applicants have to remit 30% of the overall price, consisting of software prices and GST (if applicable), within 60 days of allotment.
- The final 70% of the entire price with 10% hobby is payable in 10 identical installments.

Yeida Plot Scheme Allotment Process
- The allotment process will be done by draw of plot numbers.
- Separate draws will be conducted for each category.
- The first draw will be conducted for all the applicants who have paid their full amount at once.
- After the completion of the first round the second row will start for all the unallocated plots where the applicants who have paid half of their amount will get a chance to choose.
- If some plots are still unallocated, the third round will start for all the applicants who have paid 30% of their total amount.
